Terms of sale

1. General provisions 1.1 These terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") apply to purchases made from the e-shop at karinikodukook.ee.1.2 The owner of the e-shop and the seller of the products is. Karin Tinask FIE (registration code 17073440), location Otepää rural municipality, Pedajamäe village, Tõuka. 1.3 The Terms and Conditions regulate the legal relations between the Seller and the Buyer of the Products (hereinafter referred to as the Customer). 1.4 The Seller has the right to unilaterally amend the Terms and Conditions and the price list. Amendments shall enter into force from the date of their publication on the website of the e-shop.

2. Prices and payment 2.1 All prices displayed on the e-shop are in euros (€).2.2 The Seller is not liable to VAT and no VAT will be added to the prices. 2.3 Payment for the order can be made securely via the payment methods offered in the e-shop (e.g. bank links, card payments, Apple/Google Pay). 2.4 The sales contract takes effect from the moment the total amount of the order is credited to the seller's current account.

3. Placing and filling an order 3.1 It is possible to place orders for food products (snack bars, cakes, crêpes, etc.) in the e-shop.3.2. 24 hours before the requested pick-up or delivery time. 3.3 When placing an order, the Customer shall select the date and time from the calendar that is convenient for him. The Customer shall be responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and the times selected.

4. Delivery and collection 4.1 The Customer can choose the delivery method that suits him/her (for example, self-delivery or delivery by courier in accordance with the delivery zones indicated in the e-shop).4.2 If the Customer has chosen delivery, he/she undertakes to be at the agreed address to receive the order at the chosen time. 4.3 In the event that the Customer is not present at the agreed time and the food cannot be delivered, the cost of the perishable food and the transport costs shall not be refundable.

5. Right of withdrawal (LOA § 53 (4) 4) 5.1. Pursuant to § 53(4)(4) of the Law of Obligations Act. the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that perish or age quickly. 5.2 Since the products sold in the e-shop are perishable food products (ready meals, cakes, snacks), the Customer has no right to withdraw from the contract and return the products after receiving the order. 5.3. The Customer has the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund if the Customer notifies the Seller of the cancellation by e-mail at least. 24 hours before the selected delivery time. In case of later cancellation, no refund will be given.

6. Submitting complaints 6.1 The Seller shall be responsible for the quality of the Products and their conformity with the description given in the e-shop. 6.2 Given the nature of the products (food), in the event of the detection of defects (e.g. product damaged in transit), the seller must be informed. immediately on receipt of order, by sending a photo and a description of the problem to the following e-mail address [your e-mail address].6.3 Any subsequent claims made after the food has been consumed or incorrectly stored will not be accepted. 6.4 Any dispute between the customer and the seller will be settled by negotiation. 6.4.4 In the event of failure to reach an agreement, the Customer shall have the right to refer the matter to the Consumer Protection and Technical Surveillance Authority.
